Responsibility

 I found the PM`s answers in this interview very disturbing. Particularly, in knowingly not trying to stop Travor Mallard turning on the sprinklers under the protesters. 

He might have the authority to do so, but you are the Prime Minister!

Tyranny isn`t the product of `natural` or `blind` obedience. Indeed, it probably isn`t the product of obedience at all. Rather, it is a product of engaged followership  that is predicted upon identification with those in authority – whose cause is believed to be right, and who are followed on this basis.
