The Rhythm of Life (poem)

The Rhythm of Life

The spawn of winter

Colours of fawn

Fading days of summer forlorn

Lingering rays over misty dale

Smile of a stranger supermarket bent

The smell of Bar b`s onion and sauce

Raising money what ever the cause

Hard working mothers and dad to boot

Rugby raises for distant route

The fires are calling won`t be long

Nights of chocolate and milk so warm

The hope of a future without Labour`s reform

An insane government who think its the norm

Claim back our heritage free from deceit

What a life it will be  ever so neat
